Would you prefer to meet face to face with other people in your situation, in a relaxed, social environment? To take a break and share experiences and tips on how to make caring easier? Or make a time to meet with one of our friendly carer support staff?

Carers Tasmania offers Carer Support in a wide range of forms, such as one-one-one individual support from our friendly staff, or activity groups, support sessions, and educational workshops with other carers.
