Tasmanian Carer Voices & the National Disability Strategy and Tasmanian Carers Action Plan

Carers play a vital role in providing care, support, and assistance to people with disability.

The Australian Government is reviewing the National Disability Strategy and the Tasmanian Government will be reviewing the Tasmanian Carers Action Plan 2017-2020 later this year.

We want to provide an opportunity for you to tell us your views on the National Disability Strategy. We want to know what areas have worked for you and what areas need to be strengthened.   We will provide some information on the review of the Action Plan and ask how would you like to be involved in the review.

We will be hosting a series of discussions across Tasmania where you can have your say and have your voice heard.

  • Our Bridgewater session will be held on Tuesday 15th September from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon
