In this form of Yoga the focus is less about strength & flexibility and more about focusing on the present with gentle mindful movements inclusive or breath work and sound therapy. (singing bowls)
It is gentle and soft, allowing you to feel peaceful and embraced.

Bring with you:
Carry a pillow and blanket – this will allow you to feel utmost relaxation.

Note: Comfortable clothing is recommended (no jeans or restrictive clothing).
