In this class we explore more physical movement, strengthening and stretching, increasing flexibility and discussing how our bodies are feeling in a mindful gentle way.

A combination of Yoga, lengthening and chi ball, this class is a little more dynamic, but still very considerate of limitations and abilities.

Note: Comfortable clothing is recommended (no jeans or restrictive clothing).
